Find A VA

Hey there, I'm Kayla!

kaylasquare

I worked as a virtual assistant for over five years - and after a while, I realized that as much as I want to, I simply can’t help every business owner myself. That’s why I started my training program for Virtual Assistants ($10K VA®) and this Find a VA service to connect you with my amazing VA graduates.

I help online business owners like you (mainly coaches, consultants, and bloggers) find expertly-trained VAs so you can have more time and energy to do the work in your business you truly love.

That means less overwhelm and no longer doing the no-fun stuff you don’t need to do.

(Because really - OTHER people should be doing that for you.)

Working with my VA (that I was connected with through Kayla) has been so wonderful! Immediately it helped me to feel more organized and able to think more strategically about my business. Now that we have a smooth system down for the first things she tackled, she has gone above and beyond to help me with other aspects of my business. I am so grateful to Kayla for creating this program and training such wonderful VAs. Thank you Kayla!

Have you ever thought...

“I’ve hired assistants over and over - and no one seems to ‘get’ my business.”

“It’s so hard to find good help these days.”

“People don’t care as much as I do about my business. They don’t take it as seriously.”

“I’m afraid of letting go of control of my business.”

“I don’t know how to hire someone. I just know I need help.”

If you just raised your hand (or shook your head just a little), then I'll let you in on a secret...

When you hire an expertly-trained VA to help you, you can focus on the high-level, money-making activities a CEO should be doing! That means raising your revenue potential and earning capacity.

I was looking to hire help with a project - updating my blog after a recent name change. Hiring a VA with Kayla's service was very easy - it was only tough to pick between all the VAs who reached out!

Look, I get it.

You can post in a Facebook group saying you need a VA - and about a thousand different people will respond to offer their services.

But the question is - who are those people?

They’re not vetted, and in most cases, they’re not trained at all.

It might shock you to hear this, but it actually can cost you more money to hire the wrong person (in wasted time, wages, and the expense of replacing them) than it is to use my Find a VA service and get the right person the first time.

OUR 3 STEP PROCESS:

Step 1

Get started by filling out this form with all the details about your job and paying the $200 one-time job posting fee.

Unsure about what tasks you need to outsource? Let’s have a longer conversation. Contact me here.

Step 2

I share your job posting with my private network of VAs who have been trained by me through my $10K VA® course. They receive the job information as well as your information to contact you directly.

Step 3

Let the applications roll in! It's up to you to decide who you want to hire and how you want to proceed. I will check in with you a couple of times to make sure that you’re receiving applications, as well as to make sure you’ve found someone who's a good fit. (If not, we can resubmit the job opening again to get more applicants.)

I love the very simple, yet high-touch, support Kayla gave to help me find a VA. My VA has been very professional and has asked a lot of very helpful questions. Some of her questions actually helped me think deeply about my business and how I could run it more efficiently.
